Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Bass ... Making Course : Day and evening choose the most convenient for you. Flexible daytime schedule, book any time during the year for £10/hour ( Any materials not included ). Evening schedule : Start in September to June. From 6pm to 9pm , Monday to Friday (Except Wednesdays). Cost: £30 per evening of 3 hours tuition. This fee includes the material costs of your instrument (Wood, Frets... But NOT Pickups and Hardware ). How long does it take to build an instrument ? : _ It depends on what types of instruments : Acoustic Guitar between 150 to 200 Hours Mandolin and Ukulele between 70 to 120 Hours Payment arrangements: Instalment of £300 (10 evenings) has to be paid in advance, minimum, every 10 sessions. First payment need to paid in advance to buy materials. Course Structure : Make an instrument from scratch using the skills of planning, chiselling, measuring, carving, sawing... _ Make templates from plan _ Build all the different parts from scratch _ Assemble all the parts together _ Get it ready for the finish _ Final adjustment and Set-up. You don't need any woodwork experiences to apply. You can book 2 evenings per week maximum or just one .
