This item works perfectly, pictures shown this. It comes complete with surround, hearth and mantle. Two heat settings or fire light only. Looks really nice and cozy when on and smart when not. Brackets in place to secure to wall. Electric plug just needs standard 3pin socket. The item is heavy but we have a dolly to assist with loading. We used it until we had gas connected to our sitting room so now it is surplus to our requirements.
